Relex recognizes the ongoing need of international customers for a local presence. Our Relex Alliance
Partnership program provides for the support and mutual commitment between Relex Software in the U.S. and our local
agencies. This unique partnership program ensures that our local representatives are ready to serve customers at
any time.
Each of our representatives has expertise in the Relex software applications, as well as breadth of
knowledge in other areas. Several of our major international team members are profiled below. From FMEA software sales

Relex Software Europe Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Relex Software Corporation, was
established in 1999. Relex Software Europe represents our strong commitment to the European community. This
subsidiary is conveniently located in the United Kingdom to provide full, top-quality customer service to our
European customers. Relex Software Europe represents the European RAMS community in continuing to develop and
improve the suite of Relex reliability analysis software tools.
Located in the Midlands, Relex Software Europe offers sales and marketing as well as technical
support through the European Customer Support Helpdesk. Additionally, a training facility provides an ideal
environment for seminars and training sessions.
Relex Software Europe also is the hub for localized product distribution, allowing quick and
efficient delivery of Relex products to customers and other Relex Alliance Partners.

Relex Software Continental Europe GmbH (RSCE) is based in southern Germany, with headquarters in Salem.
RSCE supports Relex customers in most European
countries from Portugal to Russia. RSCE was established in April 2002 and expanded in January 2003 to offer a
sales office in Russia (Moscow). RSCE offers support to local business in native
languages. RSCE also provides training and technical support in major European languages, and it attends major
reliability, safety, and quality trade shows. RSCE has experienced
engineers to offer RAMS consulting services for all analysis areas.

Relex Italia S.r.l. is headquartered in Rome. Sales and support offices are also present in Naples and
Istanbul. Incorporated in 1996, Relex Italia supports Relex in Italy, Turkey, Greece, North Africa, and the
Gulf states. As a full-service office, Relex Italia provides sales, support, and training for all Relex
products. With an experienced team and network of experts, Relex Italia also offers RAMS consulting services and
training courses for all analysis areas.

Relex Australia was jointly established in September 2002 to address the need for a focus in the South African,
Australian, and New Zealand region. Relex Software and Relex Australia coordinate to provide extended
real-time support and foster the local awareness necessary to ensure that Relex maintains a competitive and
affordable reliability solution.
Relex Australia's in-house experience includes several years consulting in mining, military service,
high-volume manufacturing, and maintenance-oriented projects across a variety of industries. Further
engineering capability is available with expertise in oil and gas, refining, mining, and tubeworks. Relex
Australia also has extensive consulting, project management and systems engineering experience.
In 2004, Relex Australia will host webinars and seminars focusing on reliability engineering to support the
region's growing need in this area.

Beijing Yuntong Forever Sci-Tech. Co. Ltd. is an established, well-known reliability engineering consulting
company in P. R. China. It has expertise in areas such as software sales and service, software development,
engineering training, and project consulting. Beijing Yuntong Forever Sci-Tech was instrumental in integrating
the Chinese reliability standard GJB/z 299B into the Relex product line. Additionally, for use in conjunction
with the Relex products, Beijing Yuntong Forever Sci-Tech offers support for GJB 1391, the Chinese FMEA
standard, and GJB/z 35, the Chinese derating standard, product localization, and unique Relex interfaces.
Beijing Yuntong Forever Sci-Tech was the recipient of Relex's "Outstanding Alliance Partner" award at this
year's Annual International Sales Conference award. They also received the award for "Best Alliance Partner
Web Site" from Relex Software Corporation.

RelexAsia (MoaSoft), located in Seoul, Korea, specializes in reliability engineering, training, and consulting.
Established in 1995, RelexAsia has worked with a wide variety of customers, including the Korean government,
on a number of projects. RelexAsia was established to provide Asian engineers with information on reliability
techniques, as well as training and support of the Relex product line. RelexAsia also supports Relex
customers in Singapore and Japan.

Hitech has 29 years of experience providing solutions, services, and products to electronic, mechanical, and
production companies in Brazil. Hitech has customers in diverse industries such as automotive, aerospace,
electronics, white goods, and contract manufacturing. In 2002, Relex joined in Relex's Alliance Partner
program to offer sales and technical support for Latin American customers. Hitech is rapidly growing the Relex
customer base in Latin America. Customers include PHB, a power supply manufacturer; AES, a turn-key solution
provider for the railway industry in several countries; and several players in the telecom, aerospace, naval
systems, and educational arenas.

RelSafe, headquartered in Israel, offers a broad range of reliability expertise and experience. RelSafe is
involved in a wide variety of consulting work, in industries ranging from aerospace to commercial
manufacturing. Through the years, RelSafe has been intimately involved with projects in all aspects of the
reliability engineering field. RelSafe provides industry-leading solutions for companies worldwide and Relex
software sales in addition to expert assistance with FMEA, FMECA, and Corrective Action (FRACAS) systems.
